Molly Blooms - Sunflower
This card was created for a swap with the theme "My Favourite Flower" - in my case this is sunflowers. I use this Molly Bloom stamp quite a lot - got to know of Molly through a freebie stamp with a magazine.

Left Overs and Tag Challenge
After making several of the cage and butterfly cards, see following post, I have a few bits and pieces of leftovers film/fibres/card. So I thought I would use them in this week's challenge for Try It On Tuesday - a tag with a bird theme.
I have the large and small swirl stamps from Clarity Stamp. The large I used on the card and the small I have used on the tag.
The Spellbinders die set has two cage dies, so I used the large on the card and the small I have used on the tag.
Now went I got to the end of my butterfly making and cutting out, I put all the scraps and leftovers into one sandwich. Then I cut out the two birds (from the same die set as the cages from this "reheated" sandwich and coloured them (ie use dies as a stencil).
Fantasy Butterflies
Today I have been playing with my latest spellbinders die and fantasy film/fibres. The stamps used in this card all come from Clarity Stamp.

The Stamp Man - July ATC Challenge Swap
The theme for this month is Vintage and I immediately thought of Lady, Car and Wine.
The Vintage Lady ATC, is more of a Haberdashery ATC. Lady stamp is from Personal Impressions and the button stamp is from House of Zandra.
The Vintage Car ATC, is more of a Vintage Car Rally with the fob watch. The Car stamp is from Personal Impressions, the Crackle stamp and Fob Watch stamp is from Dimension Fourth.
The Vintage Wine ATC (should really be Vintage Champagne)has a very faint Tuscan landscape backgroud, you can just see it in the photo. These landscape stamps are from Hobby Art and the Wine bottle and glass stamp are from Little Claire's.
I am not sure what this says about me with all the different makes of stamps I have used.

Dimension Fourth - June Project Card + ATCs
The Stampman - June ATC Challenge Swap
Distress Jigsaw Pieces
I acquired some lovely blank jigsaw puzzles from The Works (larger and cheaper than Create and Craft) and used some of the pieces in these two cards as a mat.
This card was created a few months ago for a Craft Stamper Challenge - Altered Games pieces. The flower was created by stamping and distressing old bingo cards. I used Tim Holtz Bingo Embossing folder on the brown mat.
This card was created for a challenge swap - theme buttons and jigsaw pieces.
Although the cards were created several months apart, you can see the similarities.

Try it on Tuesday - Butterfly Tag Challenge
ALSO PAINT FUSION ATTEMPT 2
I am always impressed with the Daisies, perhaps it is time to try another flower?
The butterfly was stamped, embossed and painted on the tag, and then stamped, embossed and coloured on vellum. The vellum butterfly was placed over the painted butterfly to give some dimension.

Collage Hanging
Paint Fusion - First attempt!
This hanging was completed for a monthly challenge swap. I was sent the chipboard pieces and asked to make something from them, so I came up with this hanging.
It looks fine from a distance, but on closer inspection, it is obviouse need more practice with the green leaves - need to wiggle the brush more. I have very happy with the daisy heads.

Try it on Tuesday - Scrapling Challenge
I have only just been introduced to this group and their weekly challenges.
Here is my submission, it only the second scrapling I have made:
I took a leaf out of Janet's book and only used leftovers from a recent card and ATC I have made, see previous posts.
My first every scrapling was for a Craft Stamper challenge and was published in the magazine:

Dimension Fourth - March Project Card
This month the set of stamps features two "greetings" stamps, a shoe, an urn, a crown and a corner swirl.
I decided to glitter the edge of my mats rather than emboss them.
I also decided not to use the supplied/suggested stamps for the border stamping as I felt they did not go with the "If all else fails accessorie" phrase. So I used some accessory stamps I already had (from two other sets - not dimension fourth.
Am now working on my ATCs for the club swap using this month's stamps.
Joanna Sheet - House Mouse
This double fold/tri-panel card was created from a piece of card 4 inches by 12 inchies, that was scored to fold in on itself and finished up 4 inchies by 4 inchies.
This is the front of the card. It is a Joanna Sheen stamp - from a set called Windows that she did a couple of years ago. I am pleased with the way I have been able to extend the original image so that it fills the whole of the panel. The chap on the front covers up a cat that is part of the original image and is out of scale to the mouse
Open up the front and inside you see the mice sitting round the fire drinking tea!
The image was extended by myself, sideways and downwards to fill the panel.
Open this panel and you get to the message panel.
The background paper on the left and right panels was created by scanning the chap from the front cover into a graphics programme and using the create background option.

Magazine Inspired Card
I found this project card in an old edition of Craft Stamper magazine (from March 2006) - I have recently acquired some old editions of the magazine. I have also recently bought the Butterfly stamp produced by Hampton Art that was featured in the articly.
So I decided to have a play and here is my take on this card using this stamp.
I have also done a red variation

That Darn Cat!
I do like these cat images from Dimension Fourth. I have several different ones in my craft stash.
The flowers and the frame are both from Marianne Creatables.
These ATCs were made for an alphabet swap - letters U and V.
The background image for the Verse ATC was created using 4 Scene it stamps from Hobby Art.
